I bought the ring in the Dallas store but 2 weeks later, it had lost a little stone and the gold plate had changed to silver already.
Disappointed I contacted the Customer Service, I was helped by "Jean" who was very helpful! She saw my photos of the damage to the ring and said I was eligible under the "30-day" warranty to receive a free replacment ring. I was sceptical and worried that I would have to pay heavy custom duty fees to ship it to me in Belgium. Jean reassured me there would be nothing to pay. Happily I confirm that I received the replacement ring the following week (faster than I expected as I was told on the email that it could take up to 5 weeks for delivery) without any postal costs at all !
The only issue I have is that the sales ladies in the store said the warranty was for 1 full year, it also says this on the website BUT Jean said I qualified under the "30-day" period > so if I had sent in a claim after 30 days I am not sure I would have received the free replacement ring which the sales ladies in the store guaranteed was the policy.
So happy with the ring but careful when I put it on - I avoid washing with the ring on and only wear if I know it is for a special occassion. Hoping the gold plate won't fade too quickly.
