Shipping and Processing Hours

Our internal shipping hours are Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. CST. Please note, this excludes national holidays.

We primarily ship through UPS. Expedited service options take 1-2 business days to process prior to being shipped. Free and standard shipping can take 3-5 business days to process prior to being shipped. Please note: During periods of high order volume, processing times for standard shipping are extended to 5–7 business days.

We are unable to ship to PO boxes. If you have a military address, please reach out to Customer Experience and we'll help place your order.

Orders placed after internal shipping hours will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 2 p.m. CST, as well as orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, will begin processing the following Monday.

Any orders that include an engraved item have a 5-7 day processing timeframe. This applies for expedited and standard shipping options. We will ship all items in the order together once the engraving has completed.

Due to shipping regulations, any order containing Hard Feelings Eau De Parfum must ship using Free Standard Shipping (ground shipping) and is only available for shipment within the contiguous United States. UJ Rewards discounted shipping is not available for fragrance. If you wish to have other items ship faster, we recommend splitting your order into two separate orders.
