Can I edit my subscription?

Absolutely. You’re in control of your beauty subscription. You can decide how often you want to receive it, skip, swap, and manage as much as you need. Simply go into your account and make any changes 24 hours before it renews. We’ll email you every step of the way when you subscribe so you always know when it’s headed your way and when your next subscription date is coming up. 

When will my subscription be billed and shipped? 

Your payment method will automatically be charged according to your selected subscription frequency. We’ll even email you a reminder before each order is charged to your account. You always have the ability to delay, skip, or cancel a subscription order in your account. Free standard shipping can take 3-5 business days to process prior to being shipped.

Changes to subscription orders can be made any time within 24 hours of the next scheduled shipment date. 

Can I use a discount on my subscription? 

Since our subscription orders are already discounted, you are unable to stack additional discount codes on subscription orders. UJ Rewards points can also not be applied to subscription orders.

Can I return my subscription? 

Only the first shipment of your subscription is eligible for return. All recurring orders are not eligible for return. Please reach out to our Customer Experience Team if there’s an issue with your order so we can make it right.
