    Beautiful but toggle no secure

    Lost this necklace a few times with toggle comes undone. Even tried to wrap it twice and still didn’t stay. Lost it and won’t buy it again

    Poor design

    While this is a beautiful necklace, as others have said...its not worth the purchase because the toggle easily comes undone. I have purchased this twice now and just lost it again but I can't justify purchasing another one when the designer hasn't made any attempt to fix the problem.

    The yellow of this gold is super weird

    It doesn’t look like any of the other gold, it doesn’t match anything. The heart itself keeps coming open. I reached out to the company because I lost the chain six times while I was wearing it at home the first day.
