When I got this in the mail, I had a random, torn sticker at the bottom. When I tried to take the sticker off, it ripped the box itself. I contacted customer service and they refused to send me another one or give me a refund. They said it didn’t meet the warranty requirements. I would never give a torn box, or a box with a torn sticker on it as part of a present. I’m so disappointed in the customer service at uncommon James. They just lost a long time customer.
