I have had this necklace for a month and I love the look! I receive so many compliments! However, the quality is lacking. It has broken twice (I have fixed it) and the gold finish is already coming off, so that smell of cheap, fashion jewelry is very apparent when I touch it. I have purchased lots of jewelry from competitors in this price range and I’ve never had this issue. I am just so disappointed because this is the cutest necklace I have bought in recent memory.

Very disappointed. I am very careful with my jewelry and the clasp ( where pendant is) broke off completely where the necklace is separated at the pendant. Now it’s ghetto rigged and I have to keep turning the pendant to the front bc it is always stuck in the middle or backwards. It’s probably past the return time.. so ig I’ll keep it and find a different one. Fool me once…

Love this necklace so much that it is my daily wear. Unfortunately some of the areas on the necklace have tarnished quickly. They kindly replaced the item as it was within warranty period. Unfortunately have encountered the same issue with other pieces. Will continue to buy but wish it was more durable.
