    I got this for my daughter for christmas and she absolutely loved it. It broke 1 day later and fortunately UJ replaced it! The replacement broke 3 weeks later.

    Disappointed

    I received this bracelet this time last year as a birthday gift and it broke the first time I wore it. I contacted customer service and they were great to work with and replaced it for me. I received the new bracelet and was very reluctant to wear it. It sat for about a year and I opened it last night to wear it for my birthday since it was originally a gift from my daughter and it broke again. It’s such a pretty bracelet but has broken twice after only one wear each time.
