    Love the idea, product needs work

    I love how these look and love the personal customization of your own jewelry. However; some of the numbers seem to be cheaply made and it’s really sad. My #9 has not fallen off my necklace once, but my #4 falls off all the time unprovoked. I could be sitting still and the 4 will just unclasp and fall off. I actually ended up just recently losing it because it unclasped in public. So I’d be cautious with ordering these if you don’t want to lose the pieces easily. Had high hopes but was disappointed😞.
