These earrings are junk. They don't clasp correctly and the charm easily falls off. Contacted customer service with photo and video proof and initially was told they don't replace for items that aren’t cared for properly (this was the first time I ever wore them and had them in 3 hours). UJ finally agreed to send a new pair and had the same issue. Earrings aren’t well-made at all! There are many other brands that offer qualify fine jewelry and I will only be shopping elsewhere moving forward based on the customer service and quality of jewelry I received.
