The necklace broke very easily!!
The necklace broke very easily!! I had to order a replacement necklace for an event and was unable to get the replacement necklace credited to my credit card under warranty but issued a store credit instead. I am unhappy because now I have spent twice as much as this store as I planned. Can not reach someone via phone only email.
