I ordered this on 12/16 with the expedited 2 day shipping. As this was a Christmas present. I wanted to put two name on it. It took me to reach out and ask where my order was to then be told that they were having issues with the engraving machine, and that they were gonna be getting with the company to figure out what they could do. Then I get a shipping notification that my order was shipped only for tonight actually be shipped and be told again that I needed to change the names on the bracelet. I finally got this after Christmas quite a couple weeks after Christmas extremely irritated first and probably only time that I will purchase from Uncommon James again.
