    Beautiful, but not sturdy

    I absolutely love all of my Uncommon James jewelry pieces. This necklace is beautiful, but the clasp broke after wearing it 3 times. I contacted customer service, but because it was over 30 days nothing could be done. The clasp literally fell apart while putting the necklace on. It’s beautiful, but not worth only getting to wear it 3 times. I will be very selective from now when making a purchase since the craftsmanship of the product is in question.
