    Loose Charms - Always Falling Off - Do Not Buy

    These charms do not stay clasps. I can't believe they still sell these. I got mine as a gift and I absolutely loved it until the charm fell off numerous times in one day while wearing it. I found the charm lost in my bra so thankfully I didn't totally lose them, but I still don't feel comfortable wearing it. And all customer service did is give me a $25 credit to the store. My sister should be reimbursed fully for these faulty charms. DO NOT BUY!

    I purchased 2 letter charms and one of them fell off within 2 hours. I realized the clasp was not completely broken, but it was very loose and the slightest movement knocks it off. Very sad about this. I bought this while visiting Nashville.

    Horrible charms for bracelets

    I've purchased at least eight of them and only five remain. The clasp doesn't close fully or something but as I'm now seeing these are not worth it. Many people are saying the same thing. One was literally lost the same day it came in.

    Disappointed

    I usually love UJ jewelry, but this made me sad. I bought 2 letter charms to symbolize my dogs that passed away and both of the charms fell off my bracelet within 2 weeks, never to be found again. Just know these really aren’t for everyday wear.
